Many fall into the trap of thinking that they are too insignificant to make a difference in the world. Some may say that only celebrities, or politicians, or executives have the power to influence or have any real impact on the world. Let us look at this a little differently. Each of us sees the world through their own eyes. For example, my world is made up of the people I come in contact with, my experiences, and my reaction to those experiences. So if someone helps me and shows me an act of kindness then they have changed my world. They have lifted me up and brought light into my life. So if you have made the difference in one life, you have helped change the world, my world. Let's commit ourselves to make a difference in the work, one life at a time.
